Parent Teacher Club
Short version: we raise money and we show up. Longer version below.
Antelope Creek is a TK-6 school of about 415 kids in Rocklin Unified. Public school budgets cover the essentials and not much else, so the extras that make a school year memorable come from families like yours. Two fundraisers a year, a spirit wear shop and a lot of volunteer hours turn into field trips, classroom supplies, new library furniture, staff appreciation and every party on the calendar.
There are no dues and no minimum. Come to a meeting, work a booth for an hour, send in Box Tops, or just read the newsletter. All of it counts.
Fall Festival, Talon Ticket shopping days, the Book Fair, spirit days and the end-of-year send-off for our 6th graders.
Teacher grants, classroom supplies, library books and flexible seating, and support for Spark the Arts programming.
Appreciation lunches, the coffee cart, conference-week meals and small thank-yous through the year.

The library got a full furniture refresh - movable curved tables and stackable chairs that let classes spread out for reading groups, projects and lessons instead of sitting in rows.

Modular benches, risers and lounge pieces turned a bare corner of the library into a Maker Space where kids can build, read and work together comfortably.

We hired a local coffee trailer and bought every teacher, aide and staff member a drink on the house during the first week back. Small thing, big morning.

The Fall Festival, spirit days, Talon Ticket shopping and the Book Fair all run on PTC money and PTC volunteers. Games, decorations, prizes and staffing come out of what we raise.
